A second upload of version 0.1.28 of Edway was made this morning,
August 21, with minor refinements of the major changes of yesterday.
The interactive “sm” command was updated to allow all three smoothing
parameters to be specified, and the online help file for sm was updated.
The default value for the the threshold dynamic range was reduced from
4.0 to 3.0.
